Only once out of the like the 50+times I've been to this location, I've only had one bad experience and it was the one time my... husband and I both got coffees that tasted watered down and stale, we weren't able to finish them. I don't know why it happenedbut I'm grateful it was only once that it did happen. Every other time though everything has been great, the coffee and theservice! The customer service needs revamping. My Starbucks back home starts with asking for your name, repeating your name and asking... how you are. Here it's "what can I get started for you, pull around". They hand the drink to you and you go. Back home, theStarbucks sometimes asks if the drink looks up to your satisfaction. They DESERVE extra tips for going above and beyond. It is Starbucks. I am not a fan but I can handle their plain Chai tea latteand I wanted something hot to drink. Frankly their... coffee is awful. Over roasted, cheap beans that pretend to being gourmet. As a life long coffee drinker I prefer my coffeesmooth, rich and naked. If I must add Carmel and other stuff to it to make it taste good then I have no business drinking it andthe purveyor of that type of coffee is not only insulting my tastebuds they are insulting coffee itself. The best starbucks in the area ( this one) can?t seem to figure out when they open. App and google both say 5:30 but when I... showed up at 6:30 the doors were locked with no sign saying delayed opening. please fix this! this one is normally great. Read more
I am not often a Starbucks goer, but the one time I did this past month, a couple Sunday?s ago, I had a wonderful experience... with a certain barista!! I believe her name was Hannah and I think she was wearing navy? She greeted me so politely at the drivethrough and was very accommodating to my bad hearing LOL!!! Staff are friendly and get my order done the way I order it pretty much every time. I am particular with how I like my cold brew... done so I always appreciate when it's down correctly and they get it done without any issues! There are some times when they getpretty busy and the wait is longer than I'd like because of the amount of drinks they have to get done, but staff still neverseems to get bothered by this and continues to produce the orders as quickly as they can. Kudos to Starbucks and their staff, Icouldn't get through my days without you! Read more
