The prices are ridiculously high for a fast food restaurant. I could buy a more nutritious, larger meal for the same or lower... price at other restaurants. Granted, supply chain issues may be part of the reason but there has to be something else at play. Read more
When I got there and ordered from the counter, I was waited on by an older gentleman who was trying to go home. A person that... appeared to be his other half was on the phone pacing the lobby ( that was dirty and smelled bad) while they waited for a personwho was preparing a fresh dinner for 8 out of the companies stocks to go. This is the worse Taco Bell I have ever been to. Takes to long to get food. Food is always wrong and the staff is lazy and... very rude. Seems they are fully staffed but usually only one or two are actually working. The rest is standing around starringat their phones. Always confrontational when we ask for orders to be corrected. Arrived at 11:10pm, waited 15+ minutes for my food. I checked something in my order and the chicken chipotle melt I got was... uncooked. Just cold shredded cheese, dried up chicken on a an non toasted tortilla. I went through to get a new one and thespeaker gave the "we're closed" message. Online it lists12pm as the closing time for that location. It wasn't even 11:30. I hadto pull up to the window, honk several times before anyone would come to the window. I asked for another melt and they said no,we already threw all the food away. I asked him to, you know, actually make it warm and melted. He disappeared for 30 secondsand handed it back to me, at least it was lukewarm now. It was a ridiculous situation, throwing all the food away a half anhour before closing time? I won't be back. This Taco Bell always has ridiculously slow service at the drive through. It?s ridiculous. I gave an extra star only because the... employees were dumb enough to give me 3 tacos instead of one because they were baffled that I only ordered a single taco (yes Iheard them bickering about me saw them giving me looks from the window). Take that as you will. Also, please get rid of the bushto the left of the exit. It makes it impossible to see cars coming. Read more
Even though the inside is open, you must order through a kiosk and no cash allowed. I had two people ahead of me and they got... both their orders wrong. After 20 minutes and watching one kid walk around and do absolutely nothing, two girls standing theretalking, another girl on her phone, I finally got my food and had the kid ask me if I got my drinks yet. Don't you have to giveme the cups so I can get my drinks? Horrible place! Read more
There drive through line is always about 10 cars long and if you go inside the staff will completely ignore you for as long as... possible. I was in the store for 52 minutes for 3 soft tacos! They take the fast right out of fast food! Also very gross in thekitchen also since I'm still here waiting for my food they just turned a man away said they don't except cash! Just wow! Read more
