I used to love Texas Roadhouse but the last few times I have been here it was just okay. Frankly, at this point, I can cook the... food better myself. The fried cod one of our party had was lightly dusted with cornbread instead of battered. They are doing thesame with the chicken critters with the portion of chicken being a third the size it used to be. The chicken fried steak was ok.Steak on its own was good but not great. Pluses: the portions of fries were still good and the rolls are still wonderful. Iwon't comment on the wait staff as they are pretty much the same everywhere. At this point I will now only return when familymembers are wanting to meet up there for a birthday or something. I can cook way better myself, spend less money, and be happywith my food. Read more
Been here multiple times. Always busy Fri and Sat night. The trick is to get on the online wait list before arriving. Once... seated the wait staff tries to keep you satisfied. They may be a little under staffed, like everywhere. The drinks wereexcellent and the beer was cold. We had the cheese sticks, Caesar salad, house salad, Dallas fillet 6 oz and the bone-in Ribeye20 oz. Sides included fries and mashed potatoes. The cheese sticks were too salty. Salads were large and good. Steaks weregood to excellent. Fries were good but a bit salty. Mashed potatoes were good. If you are looking a good steak at areasonable price, this is the place. Fri and Sat dinner is really busy. Most other days and times it's less busy and not soloud. I can recommend this place but be prepared to wait if it's busy. Read more
Texas Roadhouse was a extremely nice’a time when the waitress Kristie had a great sense of humor and helped us out with... everything possible especially having a teenager alongside. Stopped in at 8:30 this evening with a party of 7. Wasn't sure if they'd even seat us so close to their closing hour. We were... seated almost immediately. Our service was outstanding. The various menu items that we ordered were perfect. From steak, tochicken, to salmon. Everyone completely enjoyed themselves and our server (Sam) was cheerful and kind. She really took greatcare of our group. Would highly recommend!! Read more
Texas road house what can I say. Awesome ribs. Fluffy puffy biscuits cinnamon butter and ice cold beer. It can’t get better.... Oh and beautiful wife. God is great! Read more
Loved loved loved this place....wonderful steak, awesome wait staff. I asked for Filet mignon. Waitress asked what size? I said... well biggest you have is 8 oz...she said...you want bigger? I said ...yeah. and here it is in all its glory. no A-1...juststeak...yum yum. Very pleased yes I would recommend. Read more
Love the rolls & margaritas BUT our service was terrible. We waited over an hour for our food. All the tables around us got... there AFTER us but got their food & were FINISHED before we even got ours. My chicken was so overcooked it looked like a steak &my husband's steak was subpar. I'm sure there are good waitresses there but ours was not great. Read more
We had a wonderful dining experience when we went for our Veterans Dinner last Sunday! We were seated at a booth in the bar... area, great atmosphere, football games were on! The apps were awesome, the steaks were amazing, (add grilled onions andmushrooms) cooked to my perfection (good rare steak is hard to get dining out)!
