No catchup or napkins and they shut down things easy early like the ice-cream mixer. Not so friendly or clean..

Just got home with my food from the drive through and it's absolutely terrible, there was only 2 cars and they still got my... order unbelievable wrong and the wrong food looks like a toddler made it. Also got to watch the workers play around and make mewait 20 minutes. Take your money somewhere else, they don't want it. Read more

I wish I could give this location zero stars. I went there on 4/24/2022 after a long drive from San Antonio to work in the oil... field. As my husband was ordering, the lady at the speaker was cutting him off and asking him to repeat himself many differenttimes. Once we got to the window, we were missing items and one of the burgers was made incorrectly. We had to back up back tothe window to have this issue fixed. There was a man there at this point and he took the burger back to remake it. We told himhow it should have been made and he handed us the burger and the missing mozzarella sticks at the same time. We left andrealized that our drinks were also incorrect and the burger that was remade was made wrong again. We reached out to customerservice and they said the store would contact us. They allow 3-5 business days for them to reach out to us. It has been twoweeks at this point and no one has reached out or attempted to resolve this issue. This is the worst customer service I haveever received from a Burger King. I will not be returning to this location and will let all my oilfield guys know how terriblethe service is here. Read more

Very unhospitable drive through order taker and very gruff upon order pick-up. Felt to us like she did not really like what she... was doing. Payment and food delivery was fast though. Kids enjoyed the food and commented that it tasted good to them. Read more
