While the food was good - they took extra steps to ensure my meal was cooked in a separate skillet to avoid cross contamination... with allergens - the service was severely lacking. Despite arriving pretty early on a Sunday morning, orders seemed to pile upquickly and stall. It took a long time to see our waitress, get drinks, place our orders, and another ?forever and a half? forfood to actually arrive. The ?over medium? eggs came with super runny yolk. Wish I?d gotten a chance to request ketchup or hotsauce for my dish before our hummingbird flew away? Seems like half the staff was being trained at that moment. While I?dprovide a higher rating, I?m still confused as to why - while checking out - our waitress was so bold as to tell my boyfriend topass a to-go cup to a random customer at a table behind him. Not sure why the listing says take out until 8? If you call and anyone happens to answer they say they're closed after 4. If... you're looking for breakfast I suggest the stuffed hashbrown. And free waffle Wednesday! Read more

Never been to a Huddle House before, this was my first time. I always thought they were just another Waffle House or IHOP but to... our surprise it was much better. I don't know if they were short staffed or if this was normal for a Huddle House but ourwaitress also cooked all of our food, I've never seen that before ????. She was AWESOME. She mad me a fresh pot of coffee ????.And the service and food was excellent ?????. The pancakes were bigger and better than any I've ever ordered at Waffle House orIHOP ?????. I'm not sure if this Huddle House was an exception or if their all like this one, but because of our experiencehere, we will be putting Huddle House on our list of good places to grab a meal. From when I first walked in I could tell the restaurant was understaffed. I understand what errors come with that and things... get behind. Tables went uncleaned and people were lined up at the door trying to sit down. Due to understaffed the waitresseswere having to hop around between cleaning tables, checking people out, taking orders, bringing drinks and food. A busy dayisn't easy for them. Our food came out a little late but that's still kinda expected being understaffed as well. My food wascooked right though and still warm. The waitress kept coffee in my cup the whole time which I loved. I think this place couldoperate a lot better if a good bus boy was hired and some extra help up front so the waitresses can do their jobs. All in all,maybe a good place to drop in on a week day. showed up just before closing, waitress told me I was more than welcome to sit down if I didn't mind eating out of a to-go box... cause they were trying to clean up. Kevin was a great cook, service was excellent, my waitress (Marilyn) was outstanding. Being a truck driver, its not always easy to get a good meal.
