The Manager has THE UGLIEST attitude. I was standing to where her and another employee that was doing nothing to assist me for... sauces just for sauces. And she asked the cashier "What is she waiting for?" "what does she want", mind you she knows who I amso im sure that's why she said what she said we have history working together. How many times was my party reheated?....shame on you for being a McDonald's. If there's always one thing about a McDonald's... restaurant if it it's that it's 100% consistent every time. This place however is content with sending out food that's beencooked before it's been ordered. Both of my cheeseburgers were cold and my double quarter pounder wasn't even warm and thepatties look like they've been heated up over and over. Disgusting. I did speak to Karen the manager and she agreed to replacemy order. Worst McDonald's in the country for me so far. I thought the one in montrose, pa was the worst but Monahans wins it. Slower than... Christmas, no matter the time or day. Get the orders wrong 9/10. Terrible terrible McDonald's. The franchise owner should beembarrassed. Half the employees don't wear uniforms. Tonight I ordered a number 1 medium with a sprite. Charged me for a largefry. This particular McDonald's is pretty advanced in technology for being in a small town. You can order through a cashier or... through the kiosk. We came pretty late at night and while our food wasn't prepared quickly, it was prepared well. Hot, fresh,and it came as ordered. Would definitely recommend! Read more
It's a hit or miss. Sometimes everything goes well, others the service is super slow & orders get messed up.
