Surprisingly, the food is very good. My wife had the grilled salmon salad and I had the spaghetti with meat sauce. I can... honestly say the sauce did not taste like it came from a can. The only downside was the wait, but that was obviously from thelack of staffing. And after eating our meal, it was well worth the wait. No more having to go to Odessa or Midland for a decentmeal. This place just opened 3 days ago. It?s refreshing. I had the Fettuccine Alfredo, delicious sauce that actually has a proper... flavor. The noodles were perfect the perfect texture. My partner had the Beef round steak and brisket Pho, best taste we?vefound in west Texas. Didn?t need to add anything to it this time. Serving sizes were great, filling without a lot of extra.
