I ordered online and checked in it said they were on their way. I waited about ten minutes before i hit the button to ask where... my order was. After the humg up without giving me an explanation a lady walked out saying they are out of the onion ring that Iordered so i was like ?so y?all just did Make it?? Rightfully well known as the worst Sonic in West Texas. Orders are never, EVER correct. Fries and tots are always cold or stale.... If you want to wait 30+ minutes for the wrong order and cold food, this is the place for you. If you're craving Sonic, Irecommend driving to Pecos. Their Sonic is well run and known for serving fresh food. The Sonic here in Monahans is an absoluteembarrassment. Don't waste your time. Until they get someone in charge that actually takes pride in their store, don't expectanything to change. Read more
Every single time I go here I ask for mustard instead of ketchup and mayo. Every time I get ketchup and mayo. If I ask them to... cut something on a burger I always get extra. I always wait until it's not busy to go so you can't tell me it's because you gotbusy. I hate this place with a burning passion now. I'm never going back. It?s always in the details. How hard is it to make a grilled chicken sandwich plain? It should just be grilled chicken and... bread. No worries, I give a tip and wipe the other junk I didn?t want off my sandwich and eat it. No napkins, I push the buttonand ask for napkins. The girl says she?ll bring them right out, she never brings them. There?s only two other cars here, whatthe heck? 11:49 lunch ordered, 12:05 "carhop on the way", 12:15 food finally delivered. Ordered 2 unsweetened tea, 1 half n half...got 2... half and half, 1 unsweetened. Fries were cold. Ordered 2 sm blasts..forgot those, go in make them, first INCH has the blastmixer, remaining cup ALL VANILLA ICE CREAM. AND there was peanut butter cup in the Oreo one.
