It will be my last time eating at this Wendy?s in Monahans at RoadRanger, this is the second time the double meat and cheese... burger made me sick after eating it. It would be nice to have a whataburger restaurant in truck stops so you can at least getfresher food, instead of pre cooked hamburgers and cold French fries. Read more
would not Honor more then one key chain Frosty or let us order a family chicken nuggets through the drive through. they were... very rude about it. I had to stay in there drive through for a very long time they were moving very slow. Read more
I had to redo my review. The first time we ate here, (drive thru), the food was delicious. They just didn't give us any straws... or napkins. Luckily, we had some in the truck... However, the next two times we ordered from here... We got only a portion ofwhat we ordered, because the were out of items, but what's sad is, when my husband came to pick up our order, (we love 25minaway - one way), they have him items that didn't even Total what we paid for! And they didn't offer him a refund back! Not happyat all with how they do business here! Did us delicious, BUT not getting what you order, then being charged extra for what youdid get is wrong, in any way you put it! Not doing online ordering from here again! Stop stealing from people, it's wrong, ify'all didn't know, or something!!! The only reason I put 2 stars is because the food, really is good here. Even tho the serviceisn't. Read more
This location has greatly improved its customer service. The food is always delicious and it's very clean. I would not have be... able to say that in a month ago but as a better now this store is an 8 out of 10 Read more
Really bad service, looks like the employees don't even know what they are doing, waited a really long time, had enough and... ended up leaving the place without ordering my food. Slow employees, they don't know a bit about customer service. Read more
The food was fresh and expedient even though there were only 2 people working! (We didn't go at a normally busy time though.)... With only 2 working, they had to close the drive thru, but we were eating inside anyway. Read more
Quite possibly the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever been to. The poor old man in line behind me passed away from old... age. I waited in the drive through line with two cars ahead of me for 42 minutes. I could have bought a steak, started thegrill, and had it eaten by the time Wendy?s pumped out two hamburgers. If the ratings were for efficiency, they would get 0stars?. Read more
1st time being at this Wendy's and I was very disappointed! We ordered chicken nuggets and asked for ranch and ghost pepper... sauce. When we received our order we noticed we didn't get any of the sauces. I went to the counter to ask for sauces and one ofthe employees in the back was mad because the other employee gave me too much sauce and tried charging me again for it. Horriblecustomer service!
