Not our best visit for sure. Food and service could have definitely been better. The rack of ribs my hubs had looked like they... were leftovers from lunch & my mushroom Swiss burger was Swiss, onions and 2 small shroom pieces. My son and I ate brunchon Sunday. Though we were seated immediately the wait for service was long because one bartender was... running the bar as well as tending tables in that section. I realize that running a business is tough so maybe the limitedstaffing is necessary or it could be hard to find people willing to work service related jobs. Came in, got seated, sat for 15 minutes and never once got our drinks or a waitress to take our order. I knew people were... complaining about the place, but this was ridiculous! When you are flat out ignored, that?s bad! We won?t ever be back!!!! Theydon?t even have paper menus, you had to look it up on your phone! Sat and waited on an online order for 40+ minutes AFTER I was supposed to arrive, only for my salad not to be included as part... of the 2 meals I ordered and paid extra for. I asked for the salad and was told it would be right out, and waited another 20minutes, only to be told that the ?cook had freaked out?. When I finally went inside to ask again about the salad, server wasannoyed and short with me and tried to walk right past me. Service was subpar. No one was here however had to wait 5min to be seated. Then once seated another 5-10 min before someone came... to table. Waitesss didn't specify what items wasn't available for order until we attempted to order certain items. Specialswasn't explain or recommend. Ehile eating only had 2 check ins from staff. We counted at least 8-10 people staffed on floorhowever tables wasn't cleaned and people continued to just watch and sit on the tether side of establishment in plain view.Silverware wasn't cleaned had to ask for plastic wear. Food could have been better if the experience was better. Store also hadan odor like also like the mop used wasn't clean. I went here for lunch ch today and as we were sitting down to eat lunch the waitress walked by . As she walked by we heard a... crunch under her foot she looked at it and walked away. Just your Typical Applebee's though this one is better than most. The Service and the Food was very good. *Update* Both the... Service and Food have become Mediocre. The Hostess and Wait Staff were saying it was a 20-25 minute wait with a 75 percent emptyDining Room. The real issue was there was a group party that they were more worried about than they were the Customers walkingin and then walking back out the Door. I overheard a Server tell the Hostess not to seat anyone until the Party was done. Our20-25 minute wait ended up being over 45 minutes. Unacceptable Wait for an almost empty Dining Room.
