This was my last time trying this location. We have tried this place 7 times over the last year and a half and only had one good... experience. 5 out of 7 times I had to pick up my order because they didn't have a driver. Ok, then if this is a constant issue,stop offering delivery, ill gladly go elsewhere if I have to pick up my order. This last time My food sat on a useless "heatrack" for over an hour. I had to call to see what the hold up was. They had no intention of calling me to inform me they had nodrivers. So I had already paid $70 and my food was going stale sitting on a shelf. This location consistently closes early, contrary to the times posted on their website, google, and the door of the building... itself. This is frustrating because the website still takes your order and charges you, even though you don't get your food. Ontwo occasions I have also had to wait over an hour to pick up my order after arriving at the store; because although the onlineapp said it was ready for pickup when I arrived they had not even started preparing it. I rarely post negative reviews because Igenerally think they are petty and don't effect positive change, but the supervision and workers at this location are literallythe worst. Read more
Grateful for this wonderful place. Located at the new Foxbank corner in Moncks Corner off New hwy 52 and cypress gardens... road. Never ever, had a problem with delivery or order. The driver, was respectful and wore covid 19 mask and gloves, aswe. Excellent place, service, food and reliable service. Read more
Always forgets sauce that's paid for and this time my order came out of the oven over 30 minutes before it left the store... On... a Monday, see pic. Pizzas cold, I'm pissed. $30 down the drain. Do not recommend unless they can make this up to me. Update:They won't show my delivery as delivered so I can rate the service on their website. Frustrating. That's why it's there in thefirst place.
