I called in tonight to make sure my order could be delivered to my house when I accidentally marked pick up in my app the girl... over the phone reassured me that it could be delivered to my house and that she?d be able to charge my card. I had no problemgiving my card information again she told me she did not need it. After that she asked for my phone number which I provided toher our order was late so I called in to check on it. I was informed that the order had been canceled after they tried to callme seven times I asked for them to tell me the phone number they tried to call me at and it wasn?t even close to my number whatis the point of me giving them my number if they?re gonna call a random number and then just cancel out my order. No apologiesjust blew it off like it was no big deal is how the employees handled it and the manager wouldn?t even speak to me over thephone. No one offered to remake our order or anything. The girl who spoke with me said corporate will handle it for me so Iguess I?ll have to call them tomorrow. Very poor customer service. Read more
(Michael J. Smart to all); Papa Johns in Moncks Corner has great prices. There pizza has always pleased my taste. Call in orders... are prompted, although there are times when only one employee is on duty. Several Sundays we have ordered from Papa Johns andonly one employee was on duty. Receiving orders, working register, handing out orders and doing all the cooking, while keepingkitchen clean. And still greeting me with a smile!! Wow!!! Kudos to this employee!! An employee like that makes it a pleasure toshop at this location. She also gets a 5 star review!!! Read more
Well Papa John's changed the recipe on their dough it doesn't rise you don't get the crust that I come to love and it just... tastes different. All the other pizza places there is I always chose Papa John's however now I see I need to find another one Read more
Twice I've ordered a square cut pizza and twice I've gotten a traditional cut. And I guess they've downsized like everyone else... - XL pizza is smaller now... It would be nice to know that when ordering. Read more
I?ve ordered pizza from other places that were not great or always messed up. But, this place is always great & I have never had... an issue! Delivery times are worth the wait & it always arrives fresh & hot! Read more
Slowest delivery ever. Ordered right when they opened and had to wait like an hour and a half for lukewarm food
