When planning a short stay in Moncton this place came highly recommended. We were NOT disappointed! From the impeccable service... to the absolutely delicious food... it was all perfect. We shared the pakoras as an app which our lovely server recommended.They were delicious but the chutney... was out of this world. For our mains we had the nachos supreme (we got extra guacamolebecause omg yum) and the tofu and mushroom stuffed cannelloni which was easily the best vegan pasta dish I have ever tasted. Ourserver was very attentive and friendly and the food arrived quickly and was to die for. This time we made the trip to themainland for a concert. Next time, it might just have to be for Calactus. Very delicious vegetarian restaurant. We ordered the burrito and enchiladas and thoroughly enjoyed both. Great service, unique... atmosphere, and tasty food in reasonably sized portions. Would highly recommend this place! Read more
a hearty but not heavy meal, which was much appreciated! they let us temporarily park our massive moving truck too and put up... with our indecisive orders (the menu was too good to decide!). they cover almost every kind of cuisine and do it excellently. ilove how it?s all vegetarian. such friendly staff and cute atmosphere too. very fast service. if you go you HAVE to try thepakoras. i had the thin crust pizza and it was delicious. The enchiladas was great. The pasta dish was underwhelming and I think our serve for the day was not having a good day bc we got... cold service and was brushed off fast..could be overworked not sure. Overall would have been five star if we had another server. Read more

Amazing! Dropped In while visiting family, ordered the pakoras which were absolutely phenomenal, some of the best I've ever had!... The lasagna was good, warmed the soul. Had ordered half-pizza, half-salad and got a LIVE WORM in my salad. Which means the salad leaves were not washed. I am a strict... vegetarian and was shocked to find this. And guess what, I was still charged the FULL AMOUNT. I still paid as it juststrengthens the proof of my visit to this restaurant. I also have photo proof of the LIVE WORM (enclosed to this review, and Ihave circled the worm i found in red) in my salad.
