Stayed here for a work meeting and education day. Beds are comfortable. Needed to request extra pillows and they were quickly... provided. Also needed to request a robe, it is unfortunate these are no longer in the rooms (later found out that a co-workerdidn't use the pool facilities because there were no robes provided). The waterside is an absolute blast and the pool area isvery large, just note that there is no hot tub. Check-in was very smooth and anytime we spoke to hotel staff they were friendlyand helpful. This was a nice hotel and enjoyed breakfast too. My kids enjoyed the pool and slide. It was nice having Free coffee and outside... the hotel you have access to restaurants and night life. The walls where soundproof except if you have adjoining room you canhere through the door especially if their a little loud. Read more
We had a wonderful one night's stay at this great location. Located within walking distance of everything on Main Street, it... couldn't be better situated. We had an exceptional dinner for our event and the servers were excellent and efficient. Our roomhad a very comfortable king size bed making for a great night's sleep. My only take aways was that the rooms are pretty blandand our carpet had a mystery stain. There was only one elevator working at the time so sometimes there was a wait. Amazing stay, answered any questions I had..Ask for a wine opener and glasses, which was brought to our room in a timely... manner.. Beautiful room with king size bed and working desk area for lap top wifi access.. 9 floors total.. Restaurant area downstairs and parking available for hotel guest.. Rating this hotel based on how much fun my son had because of the pool and water slide. Rooms were clean and staff was super... friendly. Location is premium - near restaurants in walking distance such as Cora's Breakfast, Mexis and Tim Hortons. Can'tcomplain really. Read more
Charging over $400 for one night for a standard room in July?in New Brunswick was out of this world. The TV was stuck at max... volume; no buttons worked, nor did the remote, a light not working, and the refrigerator didn?t work. Notified the front deskand they said someone would be up, but nobody came. Pretty sure we won?t be back Read more
This is the second time we have stayed at the Hotel. The first stay in 2019 was excellent which helped us to decide to stay her... July 2022. Things are changing at the Hotel when you check in your are not given good direction on what is available at thehotel and what your required to do to receive your services. The first morning the room was not cleaned garbage was left inpails coffee station was left dirty and not replenished. The toilet was left dirty and they took the old towels out of theroom and did not replace them we had to call for towels. I am just frustrated at the Hotel during covid, you would think yourroom would be a lot cleaner and the price with taxes was 260 a night should give you premium service. Read more
Summer 2022 I was staying about week in this place. This hotel need some major updates. There is no air in corridors, swimming... pool smaller than what I have in my backyard. Staff at front desk was excellent, mostly those Filipinas, they really like tohelp you, and I feel like I am at home mot a hotel.Staff in dining room?s forget about, I try to order Heineken and i had torepeat 3 times and point my finger on the menu to she can get it. Hey its maritimes, and they suppose to be a best for sea foodsrights? It was the WORST fish&Chips I ever had in my life. Beside that 24 hours free Starbucks coffee it was great, locationexcellent, a lot of parking space. You better bring your own pillow, after first night, I bought my own for comfort vacationsleep?
