Food is good but the service is seriously lacking. I've been here several times this year and have mostly been happy with the... food. The ingredients really are good and fresh. I know staffing has been hard but last month I waited while two staff membersstarted to make a wrap, then throw out perfectly good ingredients and then started again. It ended up tasting okay but it waswrapped terribly and fell apart right away. It was hard to watch them struggle while I stood there waiting. I'd think that theywould have received the proper training on how to finish rolling a wrap. I ate there tonight and said hi to the staff memberwhen I walked in and he ignored me and pointed to a tablet placed on the counter. I looked and there was a man on video on thetablet and the guy in the store told me to order through him. It's difficult to hear him as the music is loud in the restaurantand I had to ask him to repeat himself multiple times. I had to order and pay through the man on the tablet while the staffmember just stood there waiting. I do no get this change. It seems detached, impersonal, awkward, and unprofessional. I spoke tothe owner in the spring and he said he always wants to hear constructive criticism so hopefully he is checking these reviews. Idon't think I'll be coming back if this is the new standard of customer service. Why are we outsourcing an order entry systemwhen there is a perfectly capable employee literally standing right in front of the customer? I usually leave a generous tip butwas just so thrown off by this awkward interaction that I skipped tipping tonight. If I could separate my rating I'd give thefood a 5 and customer service a 2. I was in Moncton for a few days and I arrived at Freshii just before closing. The service was excellent the 2 gentleman made me... feel welcomed and tried to accommodate my daughter?s picky taste. The food is awesome!! Tried a bowl and some sides today as well as a smoothie and both were fantastic and super fresh.We ordered... from here and there was a mixup with the delivery from Skip.... And they brought the items out to us! So awesome. Read more
Went in for lunch and got their soup and pocket meal and the food and service where amazing. I wasn't sure which soup to get and... asked the manager his favorite. He suggested the vegetarian Chilli (seasonal soup) and it was amazing. I added chicken forprotein and was not disappointed. I strongly recommend if you like healthy fresh food served quickly with a smile. It was alittle busy when I went in, but they had me served in no time. Read more
Great healthy place downtown Moncton! The food is super tasty. Lots of different options. There's salads, wraps, soups etc. and... you can customize everything that goes inside. The prices are fair and there's lot of place to site inside. There is also a lotof options for vegetarians. Read more

Unfortunately I've loved coming here but the company has chosen to outsource staff with a virtual one which is awkard and hard... to understand. The company, percy, exploits workers in other countries and doesn't improve conditions in the food industry here.The owner was mumbling rudely under his breath at those who were confused by the system and he generally seemed upset andoverwhelmed. It was uncomfortable and I don't feel that this is a good environment anymore. Read more
