I ordered online for a pizza, and when i got to the restaurant they did not even know i ordered. They did not have an order for... my name, so i showed the email with my order number and told them they took the money out of my bank for this order!!!! Thelady went to check orders with my order number and when she came back i asked for a refund and she ignored me and went to theback. Once she came back out i asked AGAIN about a refund because they did not have my order and she said they already startedmaking my order and she started dealing with other customers. I asked about the refund again and she said she cant help me andto call skipthedishes. The lady who i delt with did not even have the respect to bring me out the food herself and had someoneelse do it! I find it disrespectful that she ignored me and went to other customers!!! The fact i ordered online for a setpickup time and my food was not ready and i had to wait an extra 30 min for it!!! Will not be going back to this location EVERAGAIN!!! ( the location was the grecos on mountain road, NB) On top of everything they didn't even give me the correct order.They wrote "Hawaiian? oops" on the box and half of the pizza did not have pineapple. I ordered a creamy garlic dip and nevergot it!!! This was a waste of my time and a waste of my money. Read more
