My 1st time at this Greco and last-ordered 2 party pizzas and believe or not both were burnt. Had I not lived so far I would?ve... driven back and made them make them redo me 2 presentable party pizza! How can a cook serve burnt pizzzas for a coat of $58.00? Money doesn?t grow on trees! I ordered online for a pizza, and when i got to the restaurant they did not even know i ordered. They did not have an order for... my name, so i showed the email with my order number and told them they took the money out of my bank for this order!!!! Thelady went to check orders with my order number and when she came back i asked for a refund and she ignored me and went to theback. Once she came back out i asked AGAIN about a refund because they did not have my order and she said they already startedmaking my order and she started dealing with other customers. I asked about the refund again and she said she cant help me andto call skipthedishes. The lady who i delt with did not even have the respect to bring me out the food herself and had someoneelse do it! I find it disrespectful that she ignored me and went to other customers!!! The fact i ordered online for a setpickup time and my food was not ready and i had to wait an extra 30 min for it!!! Will not be going back to this location EVERAGAIN!!! ( the location was the grecos on mountain road, NB) On top of everything they didn't even give me the correct order.They wrote "Hawaiian? oops" on the box and half of the pizza did not have pineapple. I ordered a creamy garlic dip and nevergot it!!! This was a waste of my time and a waste of my money. Read more
Sometimes the food is good and sometimes the food is terrible. I would say it's about 50 50 percent of the time its good and... than it's bad. When it's the people I know working than the food is fine but if it's anyone else than they don't followinstructions and well cook the sub like they're asked. Some of them put way to much sauce and it just seems like everyone isn'ton the same page about amounts of products being put onto the sub there should be some sort of system so that they're consistentcause this is what people like when it comes to food, consistency. I know I do and I expect it but most of the time. I canexpect garbage if I order anywhere other than my normal greco by my house. Read more
Ordered Donair's, they were awesome. Service was excellent at this location.
Everytime i pick up my order, they are very friendly and my order is never messed up. Also I order gluten free on occasion... because I have some family member that get very sick when eating gluten...they NEVER got sick after eating at this greco place. This pizza taste very good. When I order greco, I make sure to get it from this place. Read more
