Ashish Displayed incredible customer service today. I want to thank him and the team so much for their hospitality. I worked a... long 12hour day outside and didn?t eat anything all day and decided to stop at Your Harvey?s for food. After ordering I got tothe window and realized I forgot my wallet. I told the man at the window ?Ashish? I?m very sorry but I have to leave because Ileft my wallet at home. Without hesitation Ashish handed me the bag of food and said don?t worry sir take the food if you canmake it back tomorrow to pay that would be great. I couldn?t believe it, I was so thankful and starving and was so appreciativeof the hospitality and trust displayed. Once I got home I got my wallet and came back to pay right away thanking Ashish and histeam, I tryed to tip him and he wouldn?t accept it he was just happy to help Someone out that was in a tough situation. The atmosphere of the place isn't bad. There is room to sit and the lighting is adequate and nice. However the food looks... nothing like it does on the signs and papers that you see, or even the ads. The chicken was absolutely discussing, and so wasthe burger. It wasn't even the stuff on the burger, just the meat itself. And same with the chicken, just not good meat I didn'tfind. There is only one in town for a reason, nobody eats there. It's gross. It's too greasy and I'd suggest you keep going andget yourself a big Mac cause Harvey's ain't what it used to be. Read more
