I ordered online using the app, wanted to try the bacon bacon holiday box set. Ordered before used the pizza portal and it was... great. But this time it wasn?t. Ordered at 5:15 and it said my pizza was in the oven on the app at 5:29. An hour went by and itsaid it was still in the oven.. tried to call the store but no answer, so drove down to the location to see if there was justsomething wrong with my app. Showed up at 6:30ish and there was a bunch of people waiting aswell, a lot for online orders. Itwas just kids working and seemed like no one was in charge. I asked if my pizza was almost ready and one of the workers said itwould be another 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile they were still taking walk in orders and they were all being fulfilled before any ofthe online orders. Finally a women showed up and took charge and said no more orders until they got all the ones waiting out. 40minutes later I got my pizza, at 7:10ish. Almost 2 hours later? And to top it off the brownie dessert that comes with the bundlewas uncooked mush. Think I?ll be sticking with dominos for the foreseeable future. Read more
Ordered dinner from here and decided to try the cinnamon bites for dessert. Everybody tried one only to discover they had put... GARLIC SALT on them! ???? Contacted Little Caesar?s but got absolutely no response, of course. Another sub par pizza chain thatis poorly managed, filled with incompetent staff, that will hopefully go out of business. Worse restaurant experience ever, there were at least 8 people waiting. We waited close to an hour, there was a lady there who... ordered online and was still waiting when we left. The lady working the counter gave us someone else's order. There had to be aleast 20 pizzas sitting on the back counter, not in the oven warmers. The thin crust was so crispy it just broke off. Of all the Little Caesar locations, this was by far the dirtiest. The Bathroom was disgusting and the storefront was cold and... uninforming. They could definitely do better. Service was adequate however because of the lack of cleanliness I was reluctant toeat what I bought there Read more
One of the best pizza in town. Me and my family just love their chicago and meateor pizza. We usually do take out after a long... day and grab some hot tasty pizza! One of our favorite take out treats!?? fast and great service as well. Read more
The customer sevice was outstanding. Marianne was working on counter and she really was amazing We were in Moncton for the... weekend from Truro...2 hours away. She helped us (4 adults) decide on what to get for supper. The only downside to the wholeexperience was once we got back to the motel with our order, the boneless wings were missing from our order. I tried callingseveral times, but it just kept going to a full mailbox so I could not even leave a message. Read more
Place looks clean and the woman taking my order was very friendly and nice. Just went in for 2 quick pepperoni pizzas, they... didn't have any ready when I went went but they quickly popped them in. 6-7 min they were done and I don't mind having freshpizza made instead of get one sitting for who knows how long. Not bad for the price for a quick meal I would definitely go back.Maybe I would call ahead or go on the app to order the pizza if I really need it quicker but it's honestly not a bad wait time. Came in and ordered a 12" Pepperoni for take out without ordering ahead. Didn't expect to wait more than 5-10 minutes. Finally... after waiting only a few minutes they gave me one that had been recently made since no one was there to pick it up. Food wasgood and hot. I'll definitely return again. Read more
