Went to the drive thru that says 24hr and was told they were closed for 30 to 45 min and to come back...... seems weird for a... restaurant that says 24 hour to be closed. Read more
This is the first McDonald's I've been to outside of Nova Scotia in a very long time. We are here on a family vacation and let... me tell you, it is very seldom and very rare that the food at McDonald's is ever that hot and fresh. Normally when we get ourmeals the burgers and everything are squished down a little bit and it's just it's not nearly as hot and fresh. Even the friesare not that hot. This time the fries were so hot I had to be careful eating them they were so hot and there's nothing wrongwith that. When I opened up my burger it was almost like the TV commercial. I would give it a five-star but the parking lot isa bit of a hassle to get out of and well it's McDonald's so I mean it's fast food right. Unfortunately this McDonald's will upcharge you if you request to sub a bun for lettuce due to allergies. So if you need... allergy accommodations go to a different location. Manager was unwilling to compromise or even listen when I tried to explainhow other locations do it. If only McDonald's could train all locations to treat customers with allergies the same. Also thebathroom is out of soap and when a customer told the cashier she said I know. 60 minutes later and it's still out ofsoap. They also will not give drink refills. Read more
This may be the worst McDonald's I've ever been in. The employee on cash couldn't stay focused long enough to take an order,... they got the order wrong when it did come. There was a line up of people all angry about the wait times or order errors. Theassistant manager was doing a bad job trying to tame angy customers. And, this is my favourite fail, when I explained theproblem with my order they messed it up a second time too. As an added touch of elegance, because the air conditioning didn'tseem to be working well, they left the entry door to the restaurant propped open and as a result there were flies everywhereinside. We made an early morning stop, and have never received this level of service from any other McDonalds. Even though it was early,... all the staff wore their biggest smiles and went out of their way to make my kids feel special. I lost the receipt so I couldn?tfill out the restaurant survey but the staff working this morning deserve a round of applause! Read more
Not a bad place to eat and run, but the atmosphere is so dark and gloomy. Staff and management are good. The foot is what you... expect and it never looks like the burgers were shaken in the box, so you can still eat them with your hands, which is nice. Read more
