Went through the drive though and it was pathetically slow. Waited 20 minutes just to get the worst Big Mac I have even had. The... bun was tough and stail and it had so much burger sauce that it was all I could taste besides the stail bun. The over abundanceof sauce also made it very difficult to eat due it trying to slide apart with every bite. I will not be a repeat customer. Read more

Hey, I must say that this here McDonald's is an okay crew. No complaints, and as fresh of a burger as McDonald's can dish out.
Always a disappointment. I don't know why we still come to this location. Either the staff are extremely rude, or they don't... speak to you at all. Or your food is terrible. They frequently do not honor the app codes. "Sorry that code is invalid" 3 visits over 3 weeks they've said this to us, as we... are looking at the code- on the app.. From what ive seen this is the sole location this happens at in Moncton. Just say youdont participate with the program and be done with it, McThanks. Read more
As far as McDonald's go, this one was very good. I got a chicken sandwich that was freshly prepared. The bun was fresh and... nicely toasted, but the fries were barely warm. I was just sitting in at this location and I had to leave because I was getting very uncomfortable and upset. A lady (who I... assumed to be higher up in the restaurant because of the blue shirt she was wearing) was acting incredibly unprofessional whileright at the front of the kitchen. She was sarcastically and loudly bashing a coworker to another coworker while the other onewas working nearby. I get it, beefs happen in workplaces all the time, everywhere you go, but I strongly disagree with the wayshe handled her frustrations. She was very loud about it and the entire dining room could hear, which shocked me because I wouldhave liked to think that someone who is middle aged would have more maturity and tact than that.
