Wonderful service here on a Sunday. Jesse was patient with my indecisive kids and the food was quick to be served.
Staff are super friendly. Fast service and good food! Definitely recommend this location.
Only 2 stars because it's good poutine. I ordered a bacon double cheese and a poutine with the works and got a regular poutine... and a bacon double cheese. When I tried to go back and fix it they showed me the receipt that showed a bacon double cheese and aregular poutine. I know for a fact that I did not order a regular poutine and my partner with me confirmed that I did ask forthe works. Not to mention we watched an employee enter the kitchen eating an a&w burger in one hand and a mostly drank timsdrink in the other which, honestly should not happen. I honest wouldn't be too peeved if it was just the order mix up as itdoes happen. But the employee just going in with half their lunch still in their hands being eaten wasn't pleasing to see. Was soooooooo hungry when I went here. Although the wait was a bit long, it was well worth it for price, quantity and quality!... One large poutine ended up making two full meals for me! The only downside of this order was that there was no fork included inmy take out bag (luckily I had extras from a previous take-out order). Extremely thankful that NYF poutine gravy is gluten freeand delicious! Read more
Been at this location for years now and it never fails. It's like the Subway for Poutine. You can add many items on your poutine... / fries. Love the Seasoning you can select on your fries too. my favorite place to eat in the mall when on a shopping spree forsure. Read more
Love my veggie works no tomatoes extra onions!!! Nothing beats fresh cut fries. Lori always has a smile and friendly words.
