Just ordered take out, specifically told the lady on the phone if she can put napkins and cutlery in the bag, multiple times, as... we were going to eat it on the road. She said definitely can be done as it?s a normal thing for restaurants to give napkins out.Went to pick up my order, confirmed 3 times if napkins are in the bag which was stapled shut, again the lady said yes everythingis in the bag. Didn?t have time to check it as we had to leave quickly as we were travelling, trusting the server. Nothing. One of my favorite Chinese food restaurants in town, their food is always hot and excellent, been going here for quite a while... and don't think I ever had any major issues maybe a cup of sauce missing once and something not done as requested once but mosttime everything is done correctly.
