I have always had good service at this Timmy's, the food is good and no issues so far (this is by drive thru). The atmosphere... inside (I have only been inside once) felt super crowded and kind of dark, I don't know if it was that day only, or that's aregular thing. Read more

**Warning, a very negative review, IMO plz go to another location** -Abysmal service, consistently well below standard. -Never... has a functional inventory of complete menu items. -There are always junkies in or around the store, (have even seen one lockedin the garbage pen during a drug-fuelled freakout). -Not a clean or hygienic washroom any time I've been in there. *This is thestore by our home and is a cumulative review* Read more

You can see from my profile that I don't give bad reviews very often. You will have to wait at least 10 minutes to be... acknowledged in-person while the drive thru is prioritized. You need a key to use the washroom, for which you will also wait asignificant amount of time. I understand there are targets to meet on the computer and in the drive thru but don't forget thevery nature of customer service is the customer in front of you. Don't worry, it won't be me again.
