Horrible service. Made an order for delivery and this delivery was already 30 minutes late when I called to see if it was on... it's way I was informed the delivery person was not yet on sight. My husband ended up having to pick up the order as we have asmall child who needed to eat. When he arrived at the restaurant they offered nothing in return for him having to pick up eventhough we had already paid the delivery fee. Read more
I arrived at 19:35 and Miha the employee was rude and in a rush to leave. I asked her to put the spicy sauce for my daughter?s... poke bowl on the side and refused. I asked her for sushis but tells me she is closing in 25 min and was not making any sushi nor any fried meals. I hope the manager of this store takes action in helping her with her unpleasant attitude and explains toher the importance of great customer service. Just finished my first take-away lunch from the new Moncton location. Delish, and large helpings. Large menu with loads of fresh... options and a few unique ingredients including citrus.
