I walk in to get 3 sandwiches and the ladies both have an attitude, When I ask to put cucumbers on the sandwich she gives me... attitude saying we don?t have any because she ?hasn?t had time to go in the back and cut them? but when I walked in they wereboth in the back just sitting there talking and the lady waited a few minutes before walking up to me and had an attitude thewhole time. According to website, hours were posted that they close at 9:00 pm, the business hours were updated from the business just 4... days ago. Yet, when you go to business at 8:05, they are closed. I understand staffing issues, however update your hours so thatothers know what time you are actually open. I place an order on the Subway app on Sunday, April 4 for this location. The pick up time is as 6:10 PM. When I got there they... were closed. The app and Google shows the closing time as 7:00 PM. I was very upset. I did get a call from this Subway on Mondaythat their hours had changed and to let them know if a change had shown up with my bank. That if it did they will refund mymoney. If you are going to this location or ordering from the app, call first because it seems that they now close at 6:00 PM onSunday. I do not know about the rest of the times listed. Don't order online. I ordered about 20 min ahead of time and it was not ready (I ended up waiting more than 20 min past the time... it was supposed to be done). It's sad to be able to track it and have it said it's done when it's not. Why use the tracker whenit's essentially useless. Get it together! Read more

Subway Moneta Rd Moneta,va. Order a steak and cheese sub Jan 28, 2018. The sub was terrible!!! I got sick after eating it. The... steak was cold & look like dog food , tasted like it was half microwave, the sub barley any cheese on it (remind you I orderextra cheese) the bread was soggy after I ordered it toasted. As a long time patron of Subway, I've noticed that not all subways are the same when is comes to service. But what does service... have to do with the way your sub will taste you might ask? Everything. For Subways to remain extra profitable they don't putanything more on your sandwich than they have to. However the owner of the Moneta Subway thinks differently. His employees aretrained to be generous with their sandwhich toppings, and if you ask for extra tomato like I do, they are very generous aboutit. Every sub they have ever made for me for some twenty years now have all been made with great care. It goes without sayingthe Moneta Subway location next to Food Lion, makes truly outstanding subs as they are always fresh tasting and delicious beyondcompare. Read more
