Didn't toast breat. Toaster broke. Wrong chips. Sandwiches had ranch instead of mayonnaise . Yuck. Not going back.
I came, I ate, I cried. Ahhh ummmmmm, it was subway.
I visited this Subway at 5:30 pm today. When I walked up to the counter there was a hand written message on the glass.It said... that they were restocking the bar and were not serving customers at this time.The bar looked stocked to me and I heard theemployees laughing in the back. I am only giving them a 1 because I can't give them a 0.I only live 3miles away but will take mybusiness somewhere else. I hope the owner sees this and takes action before his business is ruined. Ordered on app. Got there 30 minutes after sandwiches were supposed to be ready. There was one diligent last making subs with... several people in line. I looked at my order and it said it was ready and to go to pick up counter. I did and was told that theorder was not ready and she (Michelle) didn?t know what to tell me. Michelle store manager told me that their have been peoplein line since I got in line. I then made it to the head of the line and told the sandwich artist that I had ordered online. Thesandwich artist then asked (Michelle) if she had gotten an online order to which she stated yes and then pulled the order offthe counter behind her. She had never put the order over to the sandwich maker. The manager attempted to try to say she wastalking to someone else about me just getting in line after I clarified I had ordered 30 minutes prior to my even arriving. Almost every time I've gone in here, the staff has been slacking off. It's usually a bunch of high school kids standing around... gossiping. The last time that I got anything from here, I placed the order online and arrived right when it was supposed to beready. I went to the counter and they said they were almost done with my 2 subs. I took them back home, which is just a fewminutes away, and was not pleased when we took a look. They used the wrong bread on both of them, which was so crunchy that itwas flaking to bits while we were eating. They said that they were almost done with them when I got there, but I think that theytoasted them and just let them sit for like ten minutes before finishing them up. Mine was almost cold, like it had been sittingfor a while. It was definitely toasted though, because the bread was toasted too much. Don't bother with this place. The staffis terrible and they screw up the food anytime you order online. Read more
Only 1 person is usually ever working when I go in. As a customer, it's very annoying when you're 3rd in line, wait for 20-30... minutes, only to get up there and be told that they're out of bread. What? You do realize this is a sub place right? This is notthe first time this has happened and usually it's Italian and Italian Herbs & Cheese which is 3/4 of what your customers wantwhen they order a sub. Make extra when more help is available during the peak hours or maybe put an out of stock sign on theglass at the order point so you don't wait patiently only to find they don't have any bread to make subs... Service was fast and friendly. Restaurant was clean. Sandwiches tasted fresh.
