Food was very good. Service was very slow and it was a fast food restaurant so the atmosphere is what it is
Asked for extra crispy fries, received cold fries, went in to ask for fresh fries they put some down said 3 min. Ok, I stepped... out for 2 minutes, and they gave me cold old fries again! Arby's typically earns 5 stars. Today was a miss. They were either understaffed, poorly staffed or both. Sandwiches and fries... were barely warm (store was empty), shake flavor was off. Counter service was solid but the "manager" was disconnected. We'll goback, but will probably order different from our favorites. Read more
I am officially done with Arby's. I have given them many chances lately but this location made me finally give up on the... franchise. A couple of months ago, I tried the burger that was advertised. After waiting over 20 minutes to receive it afterordering, it was awful. Then I gave the fish strips a try and they were also awful. Today at the Monett, Missouri location, Ientered and stood for several minutes at the register to order. There were only two employees in site. One was taking drive thruorders and the other was preparing orders. Both looked my way at different times but neither even acknowledged that I was there.When the one working the drive thru finally came to the register she said "what can I get you real quick" like it was me who washolding things up. After I got my order one more employee showed up. At this point, the person who had taken my order yelled tothe back for all in the building to hear "Text me if you need me. I am going to be right outside smoking." When I opened myfood it was awful. The Smokehouse Brisket sandwich barely had any meat on it and it looked like it had been thrown together by atwo-year-old. Had French dip lots of beef and very good.
My husband got the Buffalo chicken wrap. It was swimming in sauce. Sauce was dripping out everywhere and it ruined the taste... of the wrap. It was more sour than spicy. The rest of the food was good, but the wrap was enough to ruin supper. Read more
