Took roughly.. 15 minutes for a burrito with a stale shell, and a large slushie. And took yet another 4 minutes in between... orders for them *just* to get confirmation after to remake it. Do not order here if you are on a rush. Read more

I do not normally write reviews but felt I needed to on this. We had quit going to Sonic bcause of their intercom system. They... would hardly ever get your orders correct even after you repeated yourself. After we discovered their app we started goingagain. Worked out great, place your order, pay and tip all at the same time. Didn't have to yell into the speaker. I'm not sureif your app order prints out for them or just on a screen for them to see. I do know they send me an email confirming what Iordered and the total amount. Well tonight may have changed my mind again about going any more. Place my order on the app,medium tator tots with chili and onions, corndogs and 2 drinks. Our order came out in about 10 minutes, the carhop handed us ourorder 1 bag with the order and the 2 drinks, then went on their way to serve more customers. When we opened the bag we noticedthat no tator tots were in the bag. I then pressed the button to call in and let them know. They said they would bring it rightout. It was getting busy at this time. 30 minutes later after my wife tried calling the store and getting no answer we decidedwe have waited enough and left. I will not let this keep me from using the app and going back, but I will check my order beforethe carhop runs off. Only 1 star for this trip. Just incase someone actually reads this. I?m not one to leave reviews but This has been an ongoing frustrating issue. When a customer asks for something specifically... like a sauce or a drink carrier please please please for the love of God bring them it!! Especially when there?s more than onedrink ordered please give them a drink carrier!! Many times I have asked for a drink carrier in the car happened showed up withmy multiple drinks and no drink Carrier. Read more

Refused us service because they closed their grill down early. Then the next day charged us twice by accident and we ended up... having to call the cooperate number to get it refunded back. Both times they didn't give us the correct orders. We had mistakes. Read more

Undercooked onion rings with little breading, zero customer service skills, even from the manager on duty. Forgot all condiments... when they brought the order out, even though they were all on the mobile order. Then, we hen we called in to request they bringthem out, their response was, ?Well, you?re gonna have to wait a minute.? No ownership or effort to make it right. If I could give 0 stars I would. They forgot my large sprite and when I back to get it, the lady kept interrupting me. Was... finally able to get it and left. Ran into another problem! Hair in the chili cheese fries!!! What a disappointment!! I was notgonna go back to argue with the same lady.. Never had these kind of problems here. I ended up just throwing everything out sinceseeing the hair. Seeing everything just made me want to gag! Read more
