I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again. I ordered only line around 1pm in the afternoon to have a pizza delivered at 6pm. ... Th pizza was 25 min late and cold. I called at 6:05 to ask if it were coming and the women said they just left but I received atext 12 min before 6 saying that it was on its way. The person who answered the phone was rude when trying to explain that thejust because I ordered to be delivered at a certain time does not mean that I would get it then. Read more

I called to complain that they made my family's pizza incorrectly. The lady on the phone told me she couldn't do anything... because what I ordered online did not go through on their system correctly.
