They have the draft rootbeer here which is amazing. But they seem to be always under staffed so it can take awhile. But that... seems to be the case at most places nowadays. Read more
Pulled in at 11:39am (lunch time) and there was a line of 5 cars. Got up to the box to order, ordered my one burger alone...no... meal. They are SUPER slow even for lunch time. When I got to the window, they took my money and asked me to pull to the frontand wait....for my ONE burger. There are two other cars waiting for food also. 11:57, got my burger. Burger is good. It's hotand has good flavor but, run of the mill for fast food, for $7.50...I would rather go anyplace else and not wait so long. Takeyour own chances. Read more
As we were headed to the Eugene Airport Thursday, we thought we would stop and get Root Beer Freeze. We placed our order paid... with our CC and waited for our order. Strangely enough we were told they were out of root beer? What? How can a place that?scalled A and W root beer tell you they don?t have root beer??? That?s like the same place (KFC/A&W) telling you they don?t havechicken. We got that quote from the next A&W IN Albany that had root beer? ???? They had root beer! Good food for a good price. Went through the drive thru and ordered. The attendant never read my order back, no big deal it was... a simple one. Paid and went on my way, I always double check my bag, and I was missing the 2nd Mac bowl. Went back around andordered another. I would jave given 5 stars, but the employees working were having a personal conversation BOTH times through,and in turn got my order wrong. Had they stopped talking and or repeated my order the mistake wouldn't have been made. Not ahuge thing this time, but what if my order was more complex or cars stacking up behind me? I go months in between eating outlike this, but I will be back. Read more
I have been visiting this A&W KFC combo restaurant for several years and always have a pleasant experience. The food is good and... the staff is fairly quick with orders. What I love most is that you can mix and match items between the A&W side and the KFCside. This trip I had a burger with mac and cheese for my side with a root beer freeze (which I highly recommend for your drink,it is like a mix between a milkshake and a slushy!). Worth visiting if you like either of the two restaurants. Read more
I honestly don't know why I've given this location so many chances, but this is honestly trash. I don't know if it's privately... owned or franchise owned but you guys should start figuring it out or pay your employees better so they actually enjoy theirjob. When ordering a chili cheese dog you would expect to get some chili with your cheese no? Such a sloppy display. Read more
Checked on THEIR website(A&W), said open until 10pm. I get to the drive thru, I saw a car just pull away & I can see... workers...not a work at the speaker. I call for someone, ignored. I pull around the window and the employee has their back to meand there's a sign that says "Summer Hours Closed at 9:30pm'. Summer hours in mid-October?! Someone could have had the decencyto speak to me or say over the loud speaker that the fryer was turned off. I understand that, no big deal but fast foodrestaurants don't care. Either pay their price & eat their garbage or go away is their motto. I just thought MORE of A&W beingan Oregon staple for decades. Very sad experience. Read more
