Best fast-food place ever. Everything is delicious, made fresh and uses fresh ingredients from local farms and stuff. Does a lot... of offers and new food almost every month, and if you eat in and when its just off the grill its even better. 10/10 woulddefinitely recommend trying this place. It is a bit spendy but totally worth it in my opinion. Only one that makes it run fortheir money is Nancy Joe's. Read more
I?ve heard of the legend of Burgerville. I?ve been told it?s the best burger place in the Northwest and it?s on a ?must try?... list when in the area. Funny enough, I?ve been coming into this area for years and I?ve never stopped to see just how good thefries and shakes are at Burgerville. So the last time we drove through Salem, we decided to take a small detour to see how itfair?s against the competition and our own preferences. Unfortunately, I wasn?t too hungry so I didn?t get a burger, but we didget shakes and fries to sample the menu. The restaurant was clean enough but felt very old and could use updating. The shakeswere quite good and probably the best part of Burgerville though the fries were average at best. If you are a local, I?m sureyou will like this place fine, but let?s be honest, In n Out is much better. Change my mind? Read more
Generally excellent service, and their food is good too. The main reason for rating 4 stars instead of 5 is that, over the... years, they've removed their salad options. I know, it's a fast food restaurant, but they nevertheless had fresh and tasty saladoptions in the past. It was one of the big reasons we would come here. Read more
Love Chocolate Hazelnut Bliss shake!! Hamburgers have become run of the mill, but still tasty and I must give them credit for... starting the dark GREEN lettuce crusade - pale lettuce doesn't cut it with me. Keep on driving to find somewhere else to eat. There was only 1 redeeming aspect of the 'food' that was positive... the onion... rings were HOT. However, initially I thought the fry oil might have been old as the color of the onion rings were terribly dark.Instead the onion rings had been overcooked and were made edible after bathing the rings in dipping sauce, so much sauce that athey looked like they were submerged in gravey. The burger was a burger in name only, it was the best candidate for an 'unhappy'meal I've ever encountered. Not even a toy surprise would have improved my opinion. Read more
The food was good but multiple employees handling food with bare hands, I found that disgusting. Alone with cross contamination!
If you're looking for a burger joint experience but don't want to have the "fast food" experience, this is a great place to go.... Places clean. People are friendly. Food is prepared properly. Can't say enough good things. You should try the sweet potatofries. They really get them cooked properly. Read more
