Friendliest place, best staff, great food and they remember my order better than I do. I often find the sauce I forgot to order... already in the bag. The staff are always friendly and interested. They put more effort into the food than any other fast foodplace. Highly highly recommend. Read more

I'm assuming it was the manager but was greeted horribly and felt like they didn't wanna take my order. Didn't even get a thank... you. The only reason I gave it two stars was because the young lady who brought me order was very polite and respectful. Maybethe manager should take lessons from her employee? Then watched the manager greet her employee with a great response. I'm asupervisor myself and I definitely wouldn't treat my guests the way this person did. Bad service. Read more

My husband and I were traveling through and decided to stop in at Carl's Jr in Monmouth first off the General Manager there is... so helpful and professional. We have been to other Carl's Jr's that were not so pleasant. We recommend this restaurant all theway. The whole staff that day were so cheerful and helpful. Read more

So, I was faced with nothing but problem after problem working with the app when trying to make a mobile order ultimately... choosing to just delete the app and Not getting the ability to earn stars. Other then that, the food was AMAZING! I am addictedto the California double cheeseburgers! I always order 2 at a time and will consider 3 at a time now! They offer fresh lemonslices to make your own lemonade if you like as well at no charge! I would highly recommend eating here and hopefully the appstarts working correctly! Read more

Forgetting to take the pickles off, or onions, are acceptable mistakes. Hell even forgetting to give someone fries is... understandable? But forgetting the patty.. on not one but TWO burgers? like the fundamental thing that makes a burger aburger?. Is completely unacceptable. This was either done intentionally. Or by someone who is so severely incompetent they?redangerous Read more

Food was hot and we tried the new "Timber Joey's" (crisscut fries with Sante fe sauce, bacon, cheese and jalapeños). The fries... didn't have nearly enough sauce or cheese but were good! Read more

I'm hungry and it's 10:30 pm. If the lobby is closed due to understaffing it is a problem with poor management, the store... itself, or they need to pay their people better. Not sure of the problem here, but clearly ya got one. Read more
