I posted a review a few weeks ago concerning an issue with the blizzards we received. The response was amazing. The Manager... called to let me know the machines used to produce blizzards was taken apart and thoroughly cleaned and assured me that staffwas retrained on cleaning procedures. Worst experience, young staff seemed to not care. Will not be coming back, glazed chicken strips were soaked in bbq sauce, girl... at the window didn't give me a lid to my dripping blizzard, after going inside to get forgotten sauces saw cook touched his facewith gloved hands and from when I was there did not appear to act as if he was even gonna change them. I cant understand why the people they employ want a higher pay when they cant get the simplest of orders right. All i asked for... was a cheeseburger meal and another cheeseburger on the side and i didn?t even get my other burger. Im not gonna bother goingback because they will probably just mess that up too.
