Spent 35 minutes waiting on the phone to order a pizza because we can?t order on the app where we are. In that period of time,... we ordered from a competitor and had the pizza halfway to our place before Dominos finally answered. Ridiculous. Read more
I had a small mistake on a pizza and the person who helped me was so great! He was really nice and polite, they're sending me a... new one and refunded my order (which I would have never thought.) Super nice! Otherwise, everything I order is always right andquick! Read more
Ordered my usual Chicken Parm sandwich and this is what I got. As someone who worked in food service and customer service for... half of my life, I'm honestly just disappointed that someone there thought this was good enough to package up and give a payingcustomer. The sandwich was not edible because it was so burnt on the outside. I would have been fine if you would have called meand said it was going to be late because you had to remake it. Ordered online, drove into town, am told that they had to remake 1 of the pizzas. Offered me a free soda, get my order drive... back home, open box of pizza that did not get remade and every.single.slice was burned to some degree. Shame on me for notchecking, shame on them for 0 quality control. Said they would send a coupon for another pizza. **UPDATE** 3 weeks later andstill haven't recieved coupon. Awesome customer service. Customer service is very good but Barely ANY sausage on pizza. Really Owner.. You need more than one little bit on each slice. ... should be double at least. Most things are pretty good here, but they don't make the buffalo chicken pizza right. I can't say whether or not this is my... personal opinion, because they've been making it "incorrectly" the entire time they've been open, but another domino's I've hadthis at makes it different. In place of the usual red sauce, this location seems to put some kind of creamy white sauce, butother locations use buffalo sauce. I can't taste buffalo sauce on this pizza at this location, and this used to be my favorite.They do a drizzle of it on top but it's nowhere near enough. Read more
