Yes me and my husband comes here each day before we go to work. And each time we go there they lack customer service and they... don't listen to what we order. I had ordered a sugar free white choc mocha, and there is reasons why I order sugar free and itwas not. I had to throw out my order and I was left with no drink... . They need to re learn what customer service is and theydon't. I will tell my entire family and friends what kind of service they give. I'm a very unsatisfied customer.
