The guy at the window was nice but them cooks are lazy as F my orders always take forever and yesterday my biscuit was hard... enough for me to smack it on the table with out it even breaking & chicken skin was so stale omg I wouldve felt like a Karen ifi went back for a refund but I actually should?ve. They never have the menu updated which is very frustrating, it will read one price for one thing and you order it and they... charge $2 more. I get that things go up in price but when I'm ordering straight off the menu with no changes I find it reallyirritating that they can't seem to keep them updated and don't honor their posted prices. It's one thing for me to misread butwhen I point out the price difference they say "oh that's for the other thing" and I order it and still don't pay menu pricing.Gotta get your stuff together guys, it's not THAT hard to keep up and if it is, why so many price changes? I just want to knowwhat I'll be spending before you change it on me. Read more

This place is a joke. The shift manager and the store manager, Desiree, did not have the chicken on hand to fill our order.... Apparently they close their kitchen down 2 hours before they close, this was a lie. Finally they refused to sell us any chickenat all and then because we questioned them threatened to call the police. What!?! LoL we weren?t yelling or screaming orthreatening we asked them to make sense of their business practices because we knew they were lying. In the end we left and wehad family by one bucket each until we had the 4 we needed? that they could do LooL Shift manager is smug and slow. Customerservice does not exist here. Read more

3 workers went on break at the same time and left 2 people inside to work both the lobby and drive through. Currently it has... been 45 minutes since we ordered and still we have not received our food. Many cars have gone through the drive through in thistime so it is not like they are that backed up. 2 workers have sat down with a friend of theirs and are now hanging out. This ispathetic. I went yesterday and sat in drive thru for about 7 minutes and no one answered after saying hello several times. Watched the car... ahead of me get their order taken. Then get up to the window and the girl rolls her eyes and breathes hard because she has totake my order. This place is horribly slow, has rude employees, horrible guest service, they need to retrain ALL theiremployees. Went across the street to Dairy Queen and was greeted immediately and with respect. In all fairness, we were there early, shortly after they opened, I guess. No hours were posted, so who knows? We went through... the drive thru. We asked when the dining room was open and were told it was open. We told the guy that the doors were locked,and he said he would unlock them. We went around, waited for him to unlock and went in. The floors, mats by doors and counterwere all dirty. Every table and most benches needed to be wiped off. They apparently don't clean when closing the night before.The food was ok... typical KFC. The guy who waited on us was polite. We heard him tell a coworker he wished he could get morehours. Maybe he can make good use of his time when he is there. Read more

Lots of workers ,but they are just walking around each in circles. I seen my food triple handled. I ordered 2 piece cod fish... fries and slaw,but I got 2 piece chicken mash ,and biscuit.. The girl in photo deserves a big raise she is only personawake,alert, intune, and working twice as fast as other workers. Food was good. Read more
