This location has management that truly cares about the quality of service and products they are putting out. They will do their... best to resolve any issues that may arise. Went in, ordered the extra pepperoni pizza, waited 15 minutes for them to cook it, they said ?sorry we accidentally made an... extra cheese pizza so here?s that and a normal pepperoni to make up for it.? I come here more often then I would like to admit. I can't remember a time when my pizza was all the way cut, the phones were... answered, or the breadsticks were cooked right. Definitely understaffed and rude most of the time because of it. Read more
This is the last time I will waste my money here. Called to ask if there was hot and readys before coming in this time because... the last 2 times there have been absolutely none. Was told there were some got there not even 5 minutes later and no hot andreadys. The prices have gone up and the service has gotten worse. i love this pizza as do my kids but this location needs to step it up 4 times my pizza hasn?t been cut all the way through today... again after my daughter asked nicely to cut it all the way through not only that one of my pizzas was burnt to the point it wastoo hard for my kids to chew smh i tried calling no answer smh idk what?s happening but they really need to get someimprovements and management should really step up and train better Read more
Just picked up a pizza with their breadstick, drink deal. The bread sticks are literal slabs of bread with no seasoning! I tried... calling multiple times to have them make sure their other ones aren't like this, for future customers, and NO answer :( I keepgiving them chances, but this store is going downhill FAST! Worst staff and service I've found anywhere. Tonight for example.. placed an online order, had to wait 1 HOUR for 1 pizza and... breadsticks. Get it out to the car, and our pizza which was supposed to be an extramost bestest pepperoni, is a regular cheesepizza that I swear had to be a day old. No warmth, couldnt even bite through it. They told us we will have to wait minimum 45minutes to get the correct pizza and then almost refused a refund. We ended up getting $8 refunded and an hour lost. Beyondunacceptable. Read more
