Absolutely first class Thai food the only drawback was the atmosphere just kind of simple. But the food oh my it was good.
Amazing food!! My friend and I love Thai food and were excited to see this place on our way back to Salem. The owner was super... sweet. We got there pretty late so it was spacious (which we prefer) but there was a steady stream of people coming in fortakeout. My friend got the peanut noodles and I got the papaya salad with grilled shrimp with a side of steamed noodles. We alsogot the mango sticky rice. Everything was so delicious! I wish we lived closer but we'll just have to make another road tripback! Read more
Three of us went yesterday and we all agree: this is the best Thai food we have ever had. Service, portions, taste - all... amazing. Everything we got was excellent. The only note: do not get anything above a 2 on spiciness unless you REALLY REALLYlove spicy. I'm someone who ordinarily gets everything as spicy as possible - I love spicy food. I asked for my pad thai 4/5here "just in case," I thought. It was spicier than any pad thai (or, truly, food) I've ever had. Delicious food, but still soso spicy. One of my friends also ordered pad thai 3/5 and we ended up getting one with no spice to split and mix with ours tocool it down haha. Definitely get the Thai iced tea - wow it is so good. Everything was so good, not a single complaint. We donot live in Monmouth/Independence, but we will definitely make a trip out just to eat here again soon. Read more
My husband hates getting takeout because he says it's never as good-too cold, soggy, thrown together, etc. But NOT here. Good... was piping hot, beautiful and delicious. We ordered egg rolls, mixed veggies w/beef pad thai and fried rice, both with tofu.Everything was seasoned perfectly and the veggies were so fresh and cooked well. Will definitely be going back. I love this place! The best pineapple chicken curry I?ve ever had!!! Portions are big! I always have left overs. Hours are... great! Except I usually have a craving for curry on a Sunday night and their not open ???? but their hours are great really Ijust need to be prepared on Saturday night lol the lady who works there is super nice too! We're so happy to have a great option for Thai food in Monmouth! This place managed to open successfully during the pandemic and... is already becoming a fast favorite in town. You can call in your order or go in person for take out. We love the pad see ew,rad na, pad thai, and fried rice. p.s. I was really looking forward to eating here because the food is flavorful and delicious. Unfortunately the chef does not listen... anymore when you ask for lower spice level. I asked for a 2/5 - normally I ask for 3/5 - and my food is inedible due to thespice. I can't risk going here again and wasting money on food I can't eat. Read more
