I hate to be a male "Karen" about this, but we have been repeatedly overcharged on our orders due to an error in their tipping... system. Their card reader always calculates the tip percentage based on the *original price* rather than the promo or couponprice. So, for example: a $20 order with a $3 coupon for a total of $17. A 20% tip, however, would end up being $4.00 insteadof $3.40, equaling a $0.60 overcharge. I know it's only a few cents or dollars of overcharge each time, but I can't help butwonder what this has added up to overall. What if I paid double? Triple? More? How many people are unknowingly being overchargedeach day, week, month, or year? How many locations have this "error"? I can easily imagine 100 orders a day: $0.60 * 100 =$60. 7 days a week: $60 * 7 = $420. 52 weeks a year: $420 * 52 = $21,840. Google Maps showed 80 locations in my portion of thestate alone: 80 * $21,840 = $1,747,200! Obviously, tips are optional, but we want to be courteous and considerate of the*people* working there. But the aggregated amount of these overcharges quickly becomes astronomical. My recommendation: DON'Tuse the percentage prompts! Either don't tip at all or do a custom tip with an exact dollar amount. My opinion: the customersshouldn't be inadvertently being taken advantage of like this. And the employees shouldn't worry about NOT being tipped becauseof this error either. This definitely needs to be addressed. Read more

We ordered 2 huge Pizzas ???? for everyone and they were so good! I just wish they made STUFFED CRUST!!!

My husband pickup 2 pizzas this past Tuesday. YUM. They did a great job on my Chicken Bacon Artichoke, we had this same pizza in... Salem but was the best by far. They even did a great job of wrapping them both so the toppings did not spill out all over theplace. Read more

We have been going to Papa Murphys for a few years now and have always been happy, but the last few times have been unusually... bad! We like the NY pizza online but now its so thin there is hardly any topping on it and it sticks to the pan. Also, whilebaking, a huge air bubble appears on the surface of the pizza. So I guess that's the new normal...same price-less product! Very disappointed! Read more

Ordered a Thai chicken pizza. For some reason it had Feta cheese all over it. We hate Feta so I called expecting them to have... me bring it in and exchange it. They did not, and did not offer any solution at all. I asked the gal what their policy was formistake pizzas and she said she didn't know if they had a policy. She wouldn't give me any manager info, told me I would needto call Dallas for that and hung up on me. I called the Dallas store and the guy who answered the phone was kind and polite butwhat could he do? He offered to call his manager and see if he could remake it even though it wasn't from his store. I thankedhim but said no thanks as it was late and I didn't want to drive to Dallas.
