There?s an employee here that is rude and not welcoming at all. Management should not have him employed there. We stood there... and said hi to him and he said nothing back. Not even a simple ?I?ll be right with you?. Just a glare. By employing kids thathave a really bad attitude, you?re actually steering people away. I believe his name was Jared. Im a restaurant manager and Ithink his behavior was disappointing. Please employ better people or this place will go out of business. Read more

Its a rip off because they dont train there workers on how to handle problems. They would want you to come in when it best for... them to be with people who have not taken there shots. They dont care if you get it or not as long as they get your money. Theydont want you severed on line because they dont trian the right way Read more

The staff was nice and friendly however, the young lady that put the veggies on the sandwiches was very Stingy with the amount.... She put 3 little pieces of green peppers, 5 olives on a ft long sandwich. I had to ask for more tomatoes and then she onlygave me 1 more slice Read more

Brown lettuce, no fresh veggies, refused to get fresh lettuce. No jalapeños, no onions. Waited for 35 minutes while 1 person... had to make 6 sandwiches. It was ridiculous. I will never come here again. It was also very dirty. Read more

I feel bad for door dash because this subway makes them look bad along with themselves. This is the second time we have ordered... subway off of door dash and it got royally messed up. The first time we let it slide, but the second time, when we only gotbread (the wrong bread), lettuce, pickles and mayo was just down right disturbing. That doesn't sound appetizing to anybody. Ijust don't understand what is so hard about reading a piece of paper printed out with all the ingredients, all you have to dois put it together. Sorry door dash for this company's mess ups. I just went in here (literally like 10 minutes ago) and I gotta say 10/10 for the person who made my sandwich. They had short... blond hair (looked possibly bleached) and they made my sandwich perfectly! I have a bit of OCD and some anxiety and legit I hatethe way most people just throw it together because it stresses me tf out, and I have to take it apart and re put it together.But this person took their time and made it nice and neat and oh so wonderful ???? I probably will only eat subway if I get ithere and they make it again lol ???? Read more

We stopped in to grab a couple of subs and a dozen cookies on June 10th and were rather disappointed when we first arrived.... There were only three cookies in the display, a long line of people, only one employee, and it turned out only one working oven.Boy was I unhappy ????. I have to tell you that despite these issues and our rather long wait there was no way I could give thestore a really low rating though. It was all because of the young lady who was scheduled to work a three hour shift and ended upworking from 11:30 am to after 5:30 pm that day (at least part of, if not all of which she worked alone). I didn't get her namebut in my opinion she exemplifies all the great traits of a highly customer service oriented, employee. Subway should commendher for the outstanding job she did and how she represented them. Despite all that was going on and how busy she was she ALWAYSkept a positive attitude! She welcomed each person who came in with a smile on her face and a happy tone in her voice. She keptup with the bread making between the customers, excused herself to do it and upon returning apologized for causing people towait while she did it. She thanked each person for waiting, explained things were a bit slow as she was working the shift alone,and then apologized for their having to wait. It was obvious that she was giving 100% to help serve everyone as quickly aspossible. However, she never treated anyone rudely or rushed them along as she completed each order. It was amazing to watchand by the time our turn arrived I couldn't help but be impressed by the service of this young lady! The food is much like anyother Subway, which I like, but because of her and the people that were smart enough to hire her I rate this Subway fivestars????? Read more
