Went on 10/25 with my husband for dinner. We work a graveyard shift so we appreciate that they are open early and serve the full... menu so we could pick up dinner. We received exceptional service from our cashier Annie. She was very engaging, friendly, andkind. Our food was delicious and hot and came out quickly despite a big order. All of the items we ordered were there, includingour requested sauce. We really appreciate the wonderful service we received! Thank you, Annie and team! Read more

If I could give a zero star review I would because one star is too high for this Monmouth Taco Bell. The staff just wanted to... debate me about making my order right. Not only did they not fill my order correctly they left part if it out and still chargedme. Maybe this is good stuff for the people of Monmouth / Independence but I?m NEVER going back. Read more

Food was good, only problem was that I didnt get what I ordered. Ordered 2 bean burritos and a 5-layer burrito and walked away... with 3 soft tacos. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me. Read more

This might sound ridiculous, but I consider myself somewhat of a Taco Bell connoisseur. I love Taco Bell, and I have been... looking forward to this Taco Bell opening FOREVER so that I no longer have to drive to South Salem or Dallas. Unfortunatelythat's exactly what I'm gonna have to end up doing. I have eaten there multiple times since opening, just to ensure that I'm notbeing overly critical based on a single Taco Bell experience. The result has been the same each time. The food tastes horrible.I get that it's a new location, perhaps the employees haven't been properly trained or something. But the food truly is theworst out of any Taco Bell I have been to. It's usually incredibly dry and poorly constructed. They often make mistakes on theorder, and sometimes just give you whatever they feel like giving you. It just tastes bad. How disappointing after waiting solong for it to open. You, Taco Bell, should have been a Panda Express. Read more

Went in on 9/6 to get some tacos, I was greeted once I walked in the door. And was served hot food within 2 minutes of placing... my order. I'm very happy to have this new establishment in town. Read more

I rarely give places a 1 star review. It?s harsh. But I feel compelled to, and hope that management will read this and help make... positive changes. I?ve eaten here a total of 5 times now, and have been severely disappointed 4 out of those 5 times, hence the1 star. I always tend to order burritos of some kind, and it seems like the employees making the food just slop ingredientstogether in any way they can and call it a day. One time, I ordered a cheesy bean and rice burrito and all it had inside was thebean mash and sauce, nothing else. It was disgusting. I couldn?t eat it. Another time, they made it so that all the rice andcheese was at one end of the burrito, and all the beef/beans/sauce were on the other. Biting into a burrito with just beans andsauce was disgusting, like way too salty, liquidy and just?highly unpleasant. It feels like there is no care and consistency putinto making their food. There was only ONE day where I went and the food was pretty good. It tasted inviting and it felt likethe way the food was prepared followed some magical equation that resulted in good tasting food. The rest of the days werepretty awful. I know what people are probably thinking, it?s Taco Bell, why does he care so much. And that?s exactly why I docare. It?s supposed to be cheap (ish), relatively mindless, comfort food and, after a long day, sometimes you just want solidtasting Taco Bell. Hopefully, things will get better with time, but for now, I?d rather make the drive to South Salem or someother Taco Bell location. Read more
