It?s good but only I didn?t like the cleanliness and hygiene
Asked for extra sauce, they dipped my whole sandwich in the sauce. And when I asked that's how you guys serve your sandwich. The... guy in the Grey shirt cursed and gave me an attitude as he gave me a free sandwich. Trash teamwork, Trash food. Stop stealingpeople's money. I always had a great experience here, but looks like some rude staff (Charmi) is there now. I placed an order, before making the... payment, I asked to make 1 small change, I was told that it is not possible and I have to purchase. Can?t they simply cancelfull order and do it again? But Charmi told me that I have to leave Butger King and redo. I was fine with that but she didn?tunderstand what I was asking. It was very simple request that can be accomplished in 30 Sec. I was waiting in line looking at the menu, no one help me for over 10 minutes and another gentleman came up & the worker came... over and ask how can I help you sir? I said excuse me I been waiting. She said to me you were looking at the menu, I?m takinghis order first. Excuse me, looking at the menu doesn?t mean I not ready to order. She scream ok what do you want? I would liketo order double whopper with cheese meal. Then she raise her voice at me what size ? I didn?t get to reply yet, she startscreaming at me what size what size, what size? I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches the employees didn?t give me ketchup and the chicken was old well past service time I called... store before this post twice no one answered and I do t have time to drive back to argue before work this is unacceptable I willnot be going back to this Burger King again horrible service and food! Worst ever Burger King experience. I dont know where to start. I ordered a crispy spicy chicken sandwich meal and a twix pie as... dessert. The food was good. But here comes the worst part. The twix pie when opened, was full of fungus The sales associate wasclueless. The worst part is, the manager was least interested. He asked the sales guy to throw the pie in garbage. He neverlistened to me. I also registered a case with Burger King corporate but haven't heard back from them. I am going to post thephotos and share a video too. I never had a problem w them, I wish Burger King in general would have coupons for Impossible Whoopers. Everyone doesn't eat... meat ya know..???? At least they had a Impossible Whooper special today so they're getting somewhere. Read more
