Had the WORST experience at this Dunkin recently! Been going for years and was great, but new management/workers are extremely... rude. My adult daughter was interrogated about her license by an Asian woman who made unnecessary and degrading comments abouther driving to another customer in line instead of fulfilling orders, all while my daughter was trying to park. The quality ofthe food has gone down a lot too. Will never be returning to this location. Read more

On October 14 at 1:15 pm, I stopped at Dunkin to get some donuts, they have very limited varieties, I asked the young man, the... only one was serving/working at that time, to get me 4 Boston Cream from the right try (there was two trays of Boston Cream, theright one looks better and fresh). He wanted to put everything on top of each other in a pepper bag and I said I need a smallbox so the donuts will stay in good shape when I get home. He was not happy with my request, but he got a small box and startedto get the donuts from the try on the left which doesn?t look good or fresh like the other try. When I mentioned I need my orderfrom the fresh try he started to have an attitude and grab a pepper bag to get me my order. At this time I realized that I amnot getting what I want for my money due to very poor customer services. He kept insisting to ignore my requests and I apologizeand left without getting what I wanted. I am very disappointed and I will think twice before going there again. Read more
Been here twice. They say they are open on google. They never answered our calls when called to make sure they are open. There... are few lights on the windows that say coffee etc They are not ON always. They dnt have a proper OPEN sign board. Until we opentheir entrance we will not really know whether it is open or closed. With such kind of dilemma we went to this place. And theyare open. Store is pretty clean and big. Staff are not-really friendly types but did our order nicely. Will go again. Read more
I love this DD, when I use to get a Veggie Wake Up Wrap, they knew exactly what I wanted. The other DD use to give me eggs and... cheese in my Wake Up Wrap..???? a few times when my son would come here and was short of a few cents, they would still give himhis Coolata or Bagel. Such nice people, had been coming to them for over 4 year's. My kid's Cafeteria Lady from their ElementarySchool use to work here too a long time ago. Read more
