This Starbucks is by far THE WORST Starbucks I have been to. This is my neighborhood Starbucks and I am appalled at what they... have become. The hours change constantly, the drive through is closed off and on throughout the day, the walk in is closedperiodically throughout the day, and mobile gets shut off all the time. I spend a lot of money with Starbucks.... and when I saya lot... that is no exaggeration. I made the decision today to no longer go to any Starbucks. The service this morning at thislocation was the straw that broke the camels back. I understand that in the grand scheme of things I am one person and Starbuckscould care less... as well as the people that work there... but I had to say something about how atrocious they havebecome...especially this location. I get there around 6:15-6:30am and this Starbucks is either closed, insanely slow, or perfect. There is no middle ground. And... lately it?s been closed more than anything. Super disappointing since I was a frequent visitor. When in perfect status the staffhas always been nice and friendly but the turnover seems really high. This speaks more to management than to the staffthemselves. Read more

The staff is friendly and the person working the drive thru was helpful in that he ensured he got the order correct. Pros: 1.... The drive thru generally moves fairly quickly. 2. The service is friendly. 3. The orders are always correct, with the exceptionof napkins and condiments for food items. Cons: 1. They are always out of condiments like ketchup and sriracha sauce. 2. Whenyou ask for salt and pepper for food items the staff never puts it in the bag. 3. The staff generally does not give napkins,even with food items. Read more

Caden helped me immensely! I saw him doing a lot of different tasks and was waiting patiently. He helped the elderly woman in... front of me, which is hard to come by in the youth. He then apologized for the wait and explained some menu options, made mydrink personally and insured I?d like the modified options he recommended and I decided to try. It?s hard to find a big chain,with people who care about the customers. I definitely will be here weekly! Read more

Doors locked drive through only totally makes ordering on the app pointless. Poor excuse for a starbucks needs better managment.... If the store is not open for in store pick up don't allow it on the app no one wants to wait in the drive through line. ???? Read more

This is happening a lot, not just once. They never make sure the lids are secure. This time it was completely loose, half of the... drink was all over my shirt and pants. Not only it's sticky, I was not heading home either. Have to walk around hours like this!When I went inside to complain, all I got was "Ok" with a don't care attitude! Not even proper apology! There is nothing wronghiring teenagers but come on train them properly! Starbucks is failing at many locations. Not respectful anymore. Read more

I'm sorry but how is this acceptable at an establishment like Starbucks? Apparently it is a regular occurrence at this location... now that I've read prior reviews. It's more understandable with a family business. But a large corporation like Starbucks? On aSaturday morning. Our group had to drive 10 minutes down the road to a different location in the end. Don't make the mistake I did by deciding to try the Tomato and Mozzarella Panini. It is nothing like what they show in the menu.... There is hardly any Mozzarella and just a few pieces of tomato skin. They should be ashamed to serve this! When I showed it tothe cashier, he said they are pre-made and shrugged his shoulders. They even messed up my Matcha Frappuccino that came in liquidform instead of frozen.
