Worst customer service. Was there today for foot long sub. An employee(an elderly Indian) there placed the bread on the... preparing table without the white paper. That is an honest mistake, not a big deal. I requested him politely to change thebread. It seems he was taken aback by that request, he changed the bread. Following that he sarcastically asked me, if he shouldchange the knife as well, with a smirk. I am not sure if he is a racist or has an attitude problem or just having a bad day. Iam an Indian myself and have never ever met with such a horrible customer experience in USA, I request the owners, to teachtheir employee basic customer etiquette. Read more

Not sure what others are talking about here, but this by far One of the best Subways I have been too! Customer service is... outstanding! They know how to value their customers and work to better serve them. The employees are very friendly, attentiveand well trained. Food is fresh and my sandwiches tasted delicious. I had a big order of 7 subs in busy hours but the employeeswere so calm and made sure each of my sandwich was prepared perfectly. Plus Employees made sure to use different gloves forveggie subs as well. Extremely satisfied with their service. Read more

I went this Subway at 8:45pm on May 17th. There was one lady and one intern who were at the counter. I was in the queue and the... lady asked the bread I want. She left my 2 loafs on counter for 10 minutes and kept attending other customers. After 10 minutesher intern asked us what we want and we had to start all over again. When I asked her if they are short staffed she said, we areabout to close. It was 8:45pm and they close at 9:30pm. Extremely poor customer service! Very disappointed with her attitude andservice! The clerk was very nice but literally scraped the bottom of the container to get my broccoli cheddar soup. There wasn?t enough... to make a half container and when she called the manager to give me 50% off, the manager told her to take 50 cents off. Themanager wanted to charge almost full price for less then half a bowl!! That?s fraudulent behavior and you need to do right byyour customers. Read more

Needs improvement in preparation of protein bowl. Only half the bowl was full for that $11 I paid. Wouldn?t hurt to add more... lettuce at least. Not enough cheese as well. Way too much sauces. First time I got an inadequate bowl. Read more
