Adequate food. But to say the service here is "casual" would be high praise. Lots of people in the store, and perhaps some... pctg of them are "working" at any one time. Cellphones and TikTok videos take priority it seems, as it usually takes twice aslong to receive an order as one might anticipate. Unclear who actually hires and fires and "manages," but the evidence is thatthey couldn't care less as the brand is strong and idiots like me keep coming. Wasnt all that Harold and Kumar made it out to be. Burgers were like warm at best and sloppily made. Soda machine was out of... alot of options. I will say their fries were good. I'm glad I got it out of my system. And they use so much packaging!!! That isa huge waste. Read more
