At 11:45 on November 23rd. I watched a manager for this store be hostel and loud with a truck driver simply trying to do his... job. He calmly stated he was just trying to unload for the store and leave. The manager with her phone in her hand continuedbelittling him and telling him he had to leave because it was her lunch rush. Because of her disgusting treatment of this poorman just trying to deliver goods I will no longer be enjoying my lunches at Casey's in monon. A manager in customer service cannot act this way especially in front of customers as a representative of caseys. Read more
I love a good Casey?s pizza, and you definitely delivered on quality. To whomever made my pizzas tonight (6/19/21, after 11pm)... you?re doing amazing, change nothing. I had an after-work craving for my favorite pizza, the ones closest to me were closed at10:30, so yes i DID drive an hour round trip and I?d do it again, too. I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza, medium veggie pizza, and a large taco pizza, and an order of buffalo boneless hot wings. ... Charged me 61.00 and didn't get my order right. Didnt get any sauce for either wings or taco pizza, charged for a largeveggie pizza, supposed to be medium but got charged for a large. Wont be going back to this store. Read more
The pizza is reasonably priced and the quality is consistently top notch! I recommend the bacon cheeseburger pizza! Also, the... staff is always friendly. Gas prices could be a bit more competitive, but you usually get a coupon when you buy pizza. Editingmy review: Sometimes Casey?s is great, sometimes it leaves a lot to be desired. You cannot reliable trust them for a qualitypizza every time. I have had a lot of great pizza here and a lot of bad pizza. If you don?t request a coupon the right way theywon?t always work with you to get it. The customer is not always a priority at this Casey?s. Who knows, maybe they just have toomuch personnel turnover that consistency is impossible. To be completely fair, I?ve probably had 50 good experiences here and10-15 poor experiences at this Casey?s. I have had several bad experiences. The employees are rude I did an online order and they did not have something to complete my... order they may have tried to call but my service is really bad when I got there the cook said well I tried to call you and Iasked what I could do to make up for what wasn't in my order and she goes I don't know look in the case. Several times I've comehere in the pizza and the case looks old and nasty save your money and go somewhere else. Read more
I just ordered pizza and wings for dinner. The pizza tasted like the box it came in and the crust was soggy! The wings were so... soggy they were disgusting and I'm not sure they were cooked properly! Casey's used to be good but whoever is running that placehas run it into the ground! Pizza is delicious as always. The price is pretty good but they are doing a special on pizza right now that is great! They are... busy, so I normally have to wait several minutes to give my name to get my pizza. Gas is reasonably priced and a good selection. Read more
