Disappointing! Google says open til 11pm and we called ahead to make sure we can dine in, person over phone said yes, we got... there no sign indicating short staff. We got there, ordered, food and drinks came out late but we were okay with that. But lessthan 10minutes into our meal and watching football, server brought out our check. We felt rushed to eat our food that it washard to enjoy our food and football game. After paying for our meal, that we didn't finish yet, we were asked to leave becauseall servers left and they were short staff. We will not recommend this place or go back! Read more

Change the name to carry out only. For over 8 months, they refuse to staff to open dining room and only have bar seating. Went... in tonight with 4 people and staff states it will be at least a 15 minute wait and no one was in the dinning room and bar washalf-full. Weird how 3 servers can't keep up with less than 20 people at 5 tables. Staff is rude and doesn't even appear tocare. Go to any of the restaurants within a mile to get better service. Weird they all have enough staff. Would rate at 0 if Icould. Read more

Amber, our server, was excellent! Took care of my group in a timely manner as soon as we got seated. The only reason why I gave... 3 stars was the long wait time for a table when it wasn?t very busy. Had 2 hosts tell us it?s about 10 minutes that turned into30? Not sure why the main dining area wasn?t open? Short staffed perhaps? if you want to have a hard time and huge upset boy go to this place. they wanted to force me to eat at the bar when they had... most of the lower room unoccupied, I wanted to be without so much noise and they just said it is not possible because now we areonly using the bar that is not a valid reason, personally I think the client has the reason and if the client wants to eat in acertain place there they must serve him.... therefore I can only say "this place lacks good service" Read more

More than once I?ve tried to go here with friends and weren?t able to due to ?staffing?. I get that part, however, that?s not... entirely true. I?ve worked at plenty of restaurants and I can tell what ?busy? looks like in a restaurant setting and theempathy of the staff when they?re truly trying there best. This was rush hour on Friday night and the place was near empty. Thehost explained the staffing issue but it was an excuse. There was no urgency at all. The bartender, who finally asked us if shecan get something for us after ten minutes, said we?d be better off going somewhere else. She blamed the kitchen staff. The sadpart is we walked across the parking lot to Red Robin and were seated right away with excellent service. This is not the firsttime with this particular BWW either. I am willing to bet this place will go under very soon if changes aren?t made. Regardless, I?m glad we left , I can?t imagine how long we would?ve waited for food or if the food would?ve been done correctly.Attitude is everything and these employees clearly we?re not motivated at all. When the cook can?t count to 10 so they decide to send you home with a additional 6 piece that?s not even edible we weren?t even... mad about only getting 9 pieces of chicken when we paid for 10 the waiter insisted on sending us home with a 6 piece but whybother if the cooks going to take his anger out with the dry rub an make them non edible sad how far down hill Bdubs has gone inthe last 5 years used to be my favorite place to eat now it?s hard to have a positive experience idk why I keep going back Read more

Great experience as always we went in on Monday and ordered takeout and the cashier was super friendly and was very patient with... us figuring out what to get, left to get some coffee and came back and got the food and headed home love there traditional wingsso good, boneless for the kiddos and they loved them with pictures.
