Food was quick and warm. The chicken sandwich and burger both had barley any toppings on it. My mayo was one drop and same with... my friends burger. I've never had a bad crispy chicken meal and the chicken was rubbery muscle and a very tiny peice. I wouldn'tvisit this location. Read more
MOLDY ice! When I arrived home last night and put our food out, I smelled sometimes off but figured it was just me...took a sip... of Sprite and spit it out. Disgusting. My husband came over and immediately asked what happened and what's that smell? Wecannot believe woman and young man I saw at the drive-thru window (around 6pm I think) didn't smell it. Back when I was in school I would come here almost daily through the drive through. They always got my order right and were very... quick. I particularly like the white guy with arm tattoos and the Mexican lady and man (never got their names) they were alwaysvery nice. Read more
I believe this McDonalds location on Monona Drive have the best service and friendly staff of all McDonald's resturants I visit... on a regular basis. Manager Teressa has done an excellent job presenting great food and service. She is always in the storeand her effort shows. Thank you for your service! Read more
I went in to buy lunch but I landed up leaving. I felt uncomfortable being in there. All the employees were talking off to the... side. I left. Plus, I am unhappy you got rid of chocolate milkshakes. They were the best. Read more
I?ve had multiple poor experiences here. One guy in particular is a real treat. He?s not willing to do his job. I get it... customer service is tough and work sucks. Pay is never good but is that taken out on the customer? Milwaukee street is 100%better and kinder staff. I?ll go out of my way to avoid monona Dr location. Read more
Worst McDonald's ever. Ordered through the app and pull up to the drive through where I get handed the wrong order and then... argued with about it?!? First they couldn't "find" my mobile order and once they did they wanted to me to go back and gothrough the now very busy drive through a second time?!? And after doing that they tell me to just come in since my order'sready anyways. I've worked at McDonald's and it's really hard to believe that this level of incompetence isn't intentional. Read more
I asked for a exchange on a $1 coffee that I believed to be a decaf after tasting it. When I returned to do a quick exchange, I... thought it would be simple as it might be an honest mistake and the workers are busy during the morning. The worker keptstating they gave me caffeinated coffee and they did not make a mistake. I reasserted myself and stated I was not there to makean argument and don't care about the mistake. I again asked them in a professional manner for a different cup. I really don'tmind the mistake and know money wasn't the issue, but the attitude and wanting to be the right one in the verbal exchange was aterrible way to handle it. The attitude of the lady not willing to help, the manager being in the back looking over but stillnot assisting was a very poor experience.
